Στο πλαίσιο της προετοιμασίας για την επικείμενη κινηματογράφηση στην Ακρόπολη, η οποία εντάσσεται σε μια ιδιαίτερης ιστορικής και συμβολικής σημασίας δράση που πραγματοποιείται σε συνεργασία με την ΕΣΟΝ και διεθνείς συντελεστές, κατά το διάστημα από 1 έως και 6 Σεπτεμβρίου θα πραγματοποιηθούν περιορισμένης έκτασης οργανωτικές και λειτουργικές διευθετήσεις σε επιμέρους σημεία του αρχαιολογικού χώρου και στις διαδρομές κίνησης των επισκεπτών.
Οι διευθετήσεις αποτελούν μέρος της αναγκαίας προετοιμασίας για την ασφαλή και ομαλή πραγματοποίηση της κινηματογράφησης και αφορούν κυρίως την οργάνωση της κίνησης και τη λειτουργική διαμόρφωση επιμέρους σημείων του χώρου. Θα πραγματοποιηθούν σταδιακά και με τρόπο που να διασφαλίζει την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του αρχαιολογικού χώρου και να περιορίζει στο ελάχιστο την όχληση για τους επισκέπτες.
Καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια των προπαρασκευαστικών ενεργειών θα λαμβάνεται ιδιαίτερη μέριμνα για την προστασία των μνημείων, την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών και τον σεβασμό του ιδιαίτερου χαρακτήρα του μνημειακού συνόλου της Ακρόπολης. Όλες οι σχετικές ενέργειες θα πραγματοποιηθούν υπό την εποπτεία της Εφορείας Αρχαιοτήτων Πόλης Αθηνών και σε συντονισμό με τους εμπλεκόμενους φορείς και συντελεστές.
Organizational and operational arrangements in selected areas of the Acropolis Archaeological Site and along visitor circulation routes.
As part of the preparations for the forthcoming filming on the Acropolis, which forms part of an initiative of particular historical and symbolic significance undertaken in collaboration with the Greek Youth Symphony Orchestra (GYSO) and international partners, a limited number of organisational and operational arrangements will be introduced at specific points within the archaeological site and along visitor routes from 1 to 6 September.
These arrangements form part of the preparations necessary to ensure that filming can proceed safely and smoothly and will primarily concern the management of visitor movement and the temporary reconfiguration of specific areas within the site. They will be implemented gradually and in a manner designed to ensure the orderly operation of the archaeological site while keeping any inconvenience to visitors to an absolute minimum.
Throughout the preparatory work, particular care will be taken to safeguard the monuments, ensure the safety of visitors, and respect the unique character of the Acropolis and its monumental ensemble. All related activities will be carried out under the supervision of the Ephorate of Antiquities of the City of Athens and in coordination with the authorities, organisations, and participants involved.
