Η Εφορεία Αρχαιοτήτων Πόλης Αθηνών ενημερώνει ότι σήμερα 14.08.2026, στις 17:10, σημειώθηκε βλάβη σε υποσταθμό του ΔΕΔΔΗΕ στον Αρχαιολογικό Χώρο της Ακρόπολης και των Κλιτύων. Η Πυροσβεστική Υπηρεσία ειδοποιήθηκε άμεσα, ενώ συνεργείο τεχνικών του ΔΕΔΔΗΕ βρίσκεται ήδη στο σημείο και καταβάλλει προσπάθειες για την αποκατάσταση της βλάβης. Ως εκ τούτου, ενδέχεται να μην καταστεί δυνατός ο φωτισμός των μνημείων της Ακρόπολης κατά τις βραδινές ώρες.
Urgent Announcement:
The Ephorate of Antiquities of the City of Athens hereby informs the public that, at 17:10 today the 14th of August 2026, a fault occurred at a substation of the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO) within the Acropolis and Slopes Archaeological Site. The Fire Service was notified without delay, and a HEDNO technical crew is currently on site undertaking the necessary works to restore the fault. Consequently, the illumination of the Acropolis monuments may not be possible during the evening hours.
