We inform you that the entities planning an educational visit in order to have access to archaeological sites/museums where electronic tickets are applied, must follow the following steps:

The user enters the page https://hhticket.gr/,

Chooses partners (image: “little human” top right),

Completes the form in the “Registration for Educational Visit”

In the VAT field, please click the box and fill in “A number Foreign Institution”.—-> FOR EXAMPLE: 45FOREIGN.INSTITUTION.

After the registration is successful, the user sends a name list of students and accompanying teachers signed and stamped by the principal of the educational institution to the following email address: b2b@tap.gr well as a copy of the registration the user just completed.

Waits for document verification, certification and sending of codes.

After having received the unique codes, the user logs in with the received credentials/codes and selects the amount of tickets for the Archaeological Site/Museum they want to visit and completes the order.

After the order is completed and the user has required a reservation number, the user returns to the main page and chooses the ‘history of reservation”.

The user finds the initial reservation (by selecting the date the reservation was made) and selects the tickets of the reservation. After the selection of the tickets the users sets the date and time for the visit depending on the availability that exists in each time slot.

The user will receive the tickets In the declared email account (a link that the user has to copy-paste in a tap while being connected in the platform) with the set date & time (as many as the number of declared participants in the educational trip.

The user is required to download/print at least one of them for the check in the archaeological site during the visit.

Kindly note that:

  • Accompanying teachers and learners during educational visits of schools and institutions of primary, secondary and tertiary education from EU member-states and countries of the European Economic Area are entitled to free admission.
  • students outside of the EU over 18 years old are not entitled to reduced price (they pay the general admission ticket).
  • Accompanying teachers of educational visits of schools and institutions of primary, secondary and tertiary education from non European Union countries are entitled to 50% reduced admission.
